122 People Naturalized at March 19 Ceremony on Downtown Milwaukee Campus

The Milwaukee U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) office, along with the Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC), and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, hosted a special naturalization ceremony Thursday, March 19, at MATC's Downtown Milwaukee Campus.
A total of 122 applicants, representing 49 countries, took the Oath of Allegiance and became United States Citizens.
Presiding over the ceremony was the Honorable Nancy Joseph, United States Magistrate Judge, for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. Judge Joseph is a naturalized citizen from Haiti. MATC President Dr. Vicki J. Martin, School of Pre-College Education Gloria Pitchford-Nicholas, and Instructional Chair of MATC's English as a Second Language program Rosa Zamora welcomed candidates and their families and ceremony attendees.
